Anna Cichońska is the Director of Data Science at Harmonic Discovery, a biotechnology startup incubated in the Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs. The company is developing an advanced AI-based platform to design therapeutics with precision polypharmacology—complex drugs that minimise off-target toxicity while engaging multiple disease-associated targets.
Anna holds a PhD in Information and Computer Science from Aalto University, where she developed machine learning tools for biomedical research in collaboration with the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland. Before joining Harmonic Discovery, she was a Senior Data Scientist at Nightingale Health, where she led scientific collaborations with large biobanks.
