REMEDi4ALL provides open access, expert-designed tools to help academic teams collaboratively navigate the complexity of repurposing research. REMEDi4ALL resources include the in-silico drug repurposing catalogue, a range of Standard Operating Procedures for drug repurposing research, the REMEDi4ALL Expertise Dashboard to connect with specialists and a range of peer-reviewed publications.
The REMEDi4ALL in-silico drug repurposing catalogue (iDRC-R4A) is an online collection of relevant tools, databases and methods related to the drug repurposing pathway.
In addition to patient, drug target interactions, and disease interactions databases, the catalogue also houses tools and methods on docking, modelling, binding sites and predictions.
REMEDi4ALL produces a growing portfolio of openly accessible publications.
These outputs share scientific insights, policy perspectives and practical learnings generated by the consortium, supporting transparency, knowledge exchange and collaboration within the wider drug repurposing community.
REMEDi4ALL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) capture validated workflows, methodological approaches and best practices developed across the consortium.
These SOPs support reproducibility and help researchers, funders and innovators navigate key stages of the drug repurposing pathway, accelerating high‑quality, patient‑centred research.
The REMEDi4ALL Repurposing Academy offers a range of training resources designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the drug repurposing landscape. Advancing research policy is critical to facilitate equitable access to repurposed medicines and contribute to make health systems more sustainable.
REMEDi4ALL offers a unique opportunity for funders to collaborate and support research with a high potential to translate into real solutions for patients and contribute to the sustainability of healthcare systems.
Developing a new medicine is a complex endeavour with uncertain outcomes. There is a growing interest among patients, clinicians and researchers to explore the potential use of existing medicines to address areas of unmet medical needs. REMEDi4ALL will bring together these entrepreneurs to create an ecosystem
where new connections can be established to test and validate existing medicines for a new purpose focusing attention on the critical steps of development. Ultimately, by involving the right experts at the right time, unlocking innovative tools to exploit existing data and generating a compliant incentivised process will allow for medicines repurposing to benefit those in need.
