Mette Hartlev is a Professor of Health Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. Her research interests focus on patients’ and research participants’ rights, health and human rights, health technologies, data protection law, biobank regulation and welfare law. Her research is inspired – substantially and methodologically – by interdisciplinary collaboration, and she is currently also the chair of the Danish National Committee on Health Research Ethics.
