Travel and Accomodation
Accommodation
The event organisers will cover the night before and the night of the conference day(s) you are attending or speaking. If you wish to stay additional nights, please contact us in advance for approval.
Flights
Your flight itinerary should align with the official conference dates. If you plan to travel outside these dates, please get in touch with us beforehand to confirm eligibility.
Reimbursement Policy: TOBE CONFIRMED
- Up to €850 for travel within Europe
- Up to €2,000 for travel from outside Europe
Please submit reimbursement form and receipts after the event by email to Ivette Corominas (ivettecorominas@eatris.eu).
