
Beth Boyer, MPH is a health policy researcher at the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy focused on biomedical innovation policy challenges. She currently leads a series of project focused on exploring policy solutions to advance drug repurposing, in addition to other projects related to advancing drug development. Beth has a background in global health and has worked on topics related to incentivising drug development for neglected diseases and accelerating and expanding access to medicines in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Beth has worked as a researcher at the Access to Medicine Foundation, contributing to the Access to Medicine Index, and as a communications and advocacy associate at Global Health Strategies. Beth has a Master of Public Health from Boston University and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Messiah University.
