Head of Patient-centricity and Engagement - Syreon Research Institute

Dalma has built her professional career on supporting children and families affected by serious illnesses. Trained as a psychologist with PhD-level studies in Health and Personality Psychology, she has developed and evaluated psychosocial interventions aimed at reducing the physical and emotional burden of disease. With extensive experience in non-profit leadership, she has contributed to global healthcare initiatives through program development, consulting, and impact assessment.

Since 2022, she has been part of REMEDi4ALL, representing Syreon Research Institute, where she currently leads the Patient Centricity and Research Engagement Unit, integrating scientific expertise with lived experience to promote meaningful patient involvement in research and ensure accessible communication of results.
