Dalma Hosszu

Head of Patient-centricity and Engagement - Syreon Research Institute

Dalma has built her professional career on supporting children and families affected by serious illnesses. Trained as a Health Psychologist, she has developed and evaluated psychosocial interventions aimed at reducing the physical and emotional burden of disease.

Since 2022, she has been part of REMEDi4ALL, representing Syreon Research Institute, where she currently leads the Patient Centricity and Engagement Unit, integrating scientific expertise with lived experience to promote meaningful patient involvement in research and ensure accessible communication of results.

Within REMEDi4ALL, she is responsible for the leadership of Work Package 8, which focuses on improving the policy and market access environment for drug repurposing across Europe. Their work includes identifying key barriers that may hinder the successful development and uptake of repurposed medicines, and developing evidence-based recommendations to address these challenges.
