As Associate Vice President of Global Product Innovation, Nivedita oversees Pharmanovia’s pipeline strategy; with a primary focus on identifying opportunities to enhance therapeutic offerings through reformulation, repurposing, and revitalisation of both novel therapeutics and established medicines.
Nivedita is also a member of Medicines for Europe’s Value-Added Medicines (VAM) Sector Leadership Group, which aims to rethink, reinvent and optimise medicines based on known molecules by bringing untapped innovation to improve care delivery. Additionally, the group provides industry insights into evolving EU pharmaceutical legislation regarding repurposed medicines.
Prior to this, Nivedita held various senior management positions; responsible for leading portfolio planning and business development covering international markets.
Nivedita holds Master’s degrees in Biochemistry and Business Administration.
