Registration, Payments & Support

Yes, invoices can be issued. Please request one during registration or contact the organising team at conference@remedi4all.org.

All cancellations must be received in writing to conference@remedi4all.org 21 calendar days prior to the start of the event (21st April 2026). Eventbrite’s ticketing fee is non-refundable.

For cancellation after this time – or if the delegate fails to attend the event, no refund may be expected. Substitutions are welcome at no extra charge up until 1st May 2026.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.

Yes, fractioned payment is available for patient tickets. For more details, please email: conference@remedi4all.org.

Yes, bursaries are available for patients and patient representatives, subject to availability and eligibility criteria. Participants will be granted up to 320 EUR of financial support (200 EUR maximum on travel and accommodation, plus up to 120 EUR ticketing). You can apply by filling out this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/28b1c26ea3040630990dab00ef1c3543?r=use1.

No. Free tickets are available for carers accompanying a paid and registered delegate. To request a carer ticket, please contact: conference@remedi4all.org.

If you are travelling from outside the EU/Schengen area, you may need a visa. Please check with your local embassy or consulate.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. You can find all the information on the venue page.

Yes, catering will be provided. You can indicate your dietary requirements during registration.

Participation & Activities

You can participate by submitting a lightning talk proposal, presenting a poster here or exploring sponsorship opportunities here.

Yes, digital certificates will be available upon request after the event.

The main language of the conference is English.

Content & Recordings

Some sessions will be recorded and made available to all attendees after the conference. Details will be shared via email to all attendees.
