All cancellations must be received in writing to conference@remedi4all.org 21 calendar days prior to the start of the event (21st April 2026). Eventbrite’s ticketing fee is non-refundable.

For cancellation after this time – or if the delegate fails to attend the event, no refund may be expected. Substitutions are welcome at no extra charge up until 1st May 2026.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.

Yes, bursaries are available for patients and patient representatives, subject to availability and eligibility criteria. Participants will be granted up to 320 EUR of financial support (200 EUR maximum on travel and accommodation, plus up to 120 EUR ticketing). No. Free tickets are available for carers accompanying a paid and registered delegate. To request a carer ticket, please contact: conference@remedi4all.org.

If you are travelling from outside the EU/Schengen area, you may need a visa. Please check with your local embassy or consulate.
