We appreciate there may be a financial-barrier to small patient groups and patients in attending this conference. We are able to offer support towards accommodation and travel costs and local transportation for these individuals. Please get in touch with conference@remedi4all.org to discuss your needs.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to conference@remedi4all.org 21 calendar days prior to the start of the event (16th April 2025). Eventbrite’s ticketing fee is non-refundable.
For cancellation after this time – or if the delegate fails to attend the event, no refund may be expected. Substitutions are welcome at no extra charge up until 1st May 2025.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.

Felix Meritis, an icon on the Keizersgracht, was established in 1777 as a society of entrepreneurs, scientists, artists, and philosophers. With seven magnificent halls, including the impressive Concertzaal and the renowned Shaffyzaal with balcony and foyer.
